How to use it

This is a WordPress theme, so it runs inside a WordPress site rather than as plain HTML files. Most web hosts install WordPress in one click.

  1. Install it from your dashboard. In WordPress go to Appearance, then Themes, then Add New Theme, search for "ColorMag" and click Install, then Activate.
  2. Pick a starting look. Open Appearance, then Customize (or the theme's own setup screen) to choose a layout, colors and fonts, or import one of its starter sites.
  3. Add your pages and posts. Write them in the block editor and add them to your menu.
  4. Know what is free. The theme is free; the paid add-on mentioned above is optional. Under the GPL you can use it on as many sites as you like, including client sites.
